Effective Date: April 21, 2026

This Media Release and Liability Waiver (the “Release”) is granted to iCARE and its associated programs, including but not limited to Adoption & Foster Friendly Schools™, Connection Kits™, and related training and social media platforms (collectively, the “Organization”).

1. Grant of Rights

I hereby grant the Organization and its legal representatives the irrevocable, world-wide, and royalty-free right to use, publish, and distribute my name, likeness, and any video or audio recordings submitted by me.

2. Scope of Use

This permission includes use in all forms of media now or hereafter known, including but not limited to:

• The iCARE website and affiliated program sites

• Social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Email newsletters and outreach materials

• Professional development and training modules

I understand that the Organization has the right to edit, crop, or retouch the footage at its discretion to fit the needs of the promotional or educational material.

3. Third-Party Permissions

I represent and warrant that I have obtained the necessary verbal or written permission from any other individuals (including colleagues, students, or minors) appearing in the submitted video to be included in these materials. I agree to indemnify the Organization against any claims brought by third parties appearing in my submission.

4. Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless iCARE, its employees, and directors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of the use of these recordings, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product.

5. Compensation

I acknowledge that I will receive no financial compensation or ownership interest in the final materials produced by the Organization.

By submitting media to iCARE, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Release.
