That’s why we created our Connection Kits™ and Connected, We Thrive™ training series—to equip the entire school team with practical, developmentally attuned strategies that foster trust, safety, and connection. From Tier 1 to Tier 3, these tools help build school systems where every child has the chance to thrive.

We are proud to cheer on West40 as they launch their new School-Based Mental Health Collaborative: Social Work Network—a bold step toward peer-connected, sustained support and to collaborate with other educators throughout our state.

As we head into a new school year filled with big conversations—and even bigger hopes—let’s remember that relationships are the real game-changer.
